In according with the principles of industrial ecology concept and circular economy, Eco-Industrial Park is designed to establish a new form of industrial organization,and it’s also called the third generation of Industrial Park following the Economic-Technological Development Zone and High-Tech Industrial Park. Eco-Industrial Park not only convert the high-tech achievements into productive force directly which promotes the local economy greatly,but also break the old idea that residential area and working place should not exist in the same area and make an useful exploration of the ideal model for human beings in the future. Landscape planning task of Eco-Industrial Park is to coordinate the contradiction of the industrial production and ecological environment, and to establish high quality industrial park where providing safe and comfortable landscape space for the people who work and live here.According to the theory of eco-industrial park landscape planning and design, the results of development and research and case studies on domestic and foreign-related analysis, this paper is started with the background of the construction and development of eco-industrial park and combined with the actual project case,then summarizes the principles of landscape planning process.Imortantly,this paper proposes three-level landscape planning system which is composed of ecological,art-image and recreation and which explains the ideal characteristics of the landscape system, it will be helpful to achieve the sustainable development of the park provide a reference.For the ecological balance of the whole eco-system of Eco-Industrial Park,the underlying eco-establishment focuses on how to form a better environment and keep the park with a benign development.
