Since hydraulic breaker hammer come out half a century, for its large impact en-ergy, adaptation ability, reliability and high efficiency, energy saving and environ-mental protection advantages, more and more subject to the attention of domestic and foreign experts and engineering technicians. And it has been widely used in mining, metallurgy, road construction, municipal engineering, construction and shipping in-dustry and other industries. The accelerated pace of industrialization of our society the demands for construction machinery, auxiliary equipment as engineering machin-ery hydraulic crushing hammer and broad prospects. In order to create greater social and economic benefits, it is necessary to develop high-quality, high performance products.In this paper, the key technologies of gas-liquid combined effects of hydraulic crushing hammer and the object performance test systems were studied. On the basis of literature data on the hydraulic hammer and international research development status and future product development trends; the structure and principles of the gas-liquid combined effects of hydraulic hammer were studied, and the law of motion of the key components and hydraulic shock AMESim software system simulation model is established, and simulation to explore the structural parameters and operat-ing parameters hydraulic breaker hammer impact performance were studied; the structure of the testing hydraulic cylinder testing hydraulic hammer impact perfor-mance was proposed, and structural parameters were optimized by simulation to complete the test system set up, and gas-liquid combined effects of hydraulic hammer impact performance testing, experimental conclusions.Each chapter are described as follows:The first chapter, in the comprehensive analysis of the literature on the basis of the paper described the characteristics of hydraulic hammer, the scope of application, classification, structure and principle; a comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of domestic and foreign main types of hydraulic hammer, research and development status and future development trends; on the two research methods in linear and nonlinear models; meaning and content of the paper.The second chapter, the gas-liquid combined effects of hydraulic hammer was studied; hydraulic shock bodies was theoretically analyzed in-depth, a linear mathe-matical models and nonlinear mathematical model were established; and based on stress wave propagation theory of the impact piston, theoretical analysis of the colli-sion theory of the drill rod, and established a mathematical model were succeeded.The third chapter, based on the AMESim software, the gas-liquid-acting hydrau-lic breaker hammer hydraulic systems and test systems were simulated, computer modeling and simulation to explore the key structural parameters and input parame-ters on the impact properties of the test hydraulic hammer were done The new struc-ture impacting performance testing of the hydraulic cylinder were analyzed through simulation and optimization of structural parameters.The fourth chapter, the hydraulic hammer impacting the performance of detec-tion methods was analyzed, and a test system based on the structures of gas-liquid combined effects of hydraulic hammer impacingt performance test systems was es-tablished, the composition of its principle and its performance indicators and experi-mental methods were described; gas-liquid combined effects of hydraulic hammer shock resistance was tested, the experimental results and comparison with simulation results, the cause of the error get the conclusion of the experiment to verify the gas-liquid combined effects of hydraulic hammer and its based on the hammer the correctness of theoretical analysis and simulation model of the impact test cylinder test system, as well as the feasibility of the test program and test methods practical.The fifth chapter, the entire thesis research work and obtained results were summed up, the next stage of research work and the direction of the prospect were introduced.
