The development of contemporary road is far away to meet the quantity of autos demand.It is accustomed to encounter traffic congestion in urban. Some autos will frequently start andstop in downtown section, and every start and brake will produce hydraulic pulse for thehydraulic system to make the hydraulic parts fatigued in advance, in worse happening trafficaccidents and threatening people’s life. Therefore,as the most damaged parts, it must passhydraulic pulse test according to national and industry standard. Currently, the research of thehydraulic pulse test about auto filter is in the initial stage in our country, and theoretical andexperimental techniques are extremely weak. In addition, the domestic new engine filter putsforward the technical requirements of China III and the China IV emission standards in the"Twelfth Five-Year", showing the importance of filter. The article expands the work oftheoretical study and practical exploration about filter hydraulic pulse test rig system.The hydraulic pulse of Filter is a new pulse test which is different from unidirectionalpulse. Method sets that upstream and downstream of filter apply and release pressure at thesame time. Therefore, the control of pulse wave is different from the convention. Being aimedat specificity, complication and progressiveness of system, the article researches severalaspects. Firstly, according to theoretical requirement and current market, determine ultimatetechnical requirement in relationship with hydraulic pulse system. Then, design thecomposition and working principle of the system on the basis of analysis character of waterhammer wave; Next,simplify system modeling and use the method of characteristic curvesto analyze accumulator, solenoid valve, hydraulic cylinder, specimen filter and between thethree sections of tube,create a mathematical model to draw the boundary supplementequation. Finally,make hydraulic simulation software——AMESim to create model andsimulate. AMESim study accumulator pre-charge pressure, the length and diameter of pipe,the amount of internal leakage of the hydraulic cylinder, the spring constant and the fluidkinematic viscosity and other parameters of affecting the waveform. Simulation shows thathydraulic pulse is related to a variety of factors, especially the amount of internal leakage ofthe hydraulic cylinder, the spring constant and the pipe diameter. The system design must be on the basis of specimen characteristics and pressure waveform parameters to optimize thedynamic characteristics of the configuration of pipes and valves。Theoretical study and practical results show correct system modeling and highersimulation accuracy. The conclusion of the article is significance to standardization process ofdomestic hydraulic pulse test.
