Research For Management Of The Power Supply Enterprise Based On Electricity Information Collection System

Power grid has been an important part of the industrialization and information technology development in the modern development process. According to the development status of power industry, different countries studied in different fields and took different measures, finding their own direction of development and technology roadmap. They learned and absorbed all the fruits of industrialization and information technology continuously, focusing on the use of various advanced technologies to the grid, thus greatly enhanced the system function of the grid. Presently, the electricity information collection system has been widely recognized and applied to the power supply enterprise marketing management business; it has three characters such as a full coverage of all power users, a comprehensive collection of information on electricity and a full control and management to power prepayment. It has 100% coverage to all power users to acquire electric information and its collecting objects can cover all electricity users. Through the electricity information collection system, we can collect all kinds of energy information of all power users’, information of switches and all equipment condition, information of AC voltage and current analog, information of prepayment, statistical information of over limited power consumption and other information such as terminal and power event records. With above information, we can conduct in-depth analysis, provide decision-making for the power supply enterprise marketing management, promote the resources reasonable allocation, the management and control function of the system itself, optimize the management system for the enterprise, enhance the level of management played a huge role.Through analyzing the functions and features of the electricity information collection system, combing it with other system modules, we studied how to apply the information collection system in power grid construction and how to get the system to play in the power supply enterprise management business that it should, this article focused on the work in the following four aspects:Firstly, the application of electricity information collection system used in the line loss management was studied. Through researching the present status and its influencing factors in different areas, we found serious problems existed zone management level and technical level in line loss, and solution was raised according to different levels to apply. Secondly, researches on how to use the collected data from the electricity information collection system, through analyzing and processing the data in-depth, how to evaluate the relevant indicators of the power companies and electricity customers, thus to give a reasonable supply of electricity recommendations. Thirdly, research on the integration of the system, through integration with other related systems, realize data sharing between different systems, improve resource utilization, finally realize the goal of economical management in the enterprise. The last, the important role of electricity information collection system played in the improvement of enterprise management is studied, through the analysis,improve enterprise organization and personnel management, improve the way of enterprise management of the electricity, evaluate its management efficiency, finally the system of the late management are analyzed, put forward the Suggestions.
