| To promote intensive management on human, financial, material resources,and to develop the framework of “big planning, big constructing, big operating,big scheduled maintaining, big marketing” are the important decisions anddeployment during “12th Five” plan by State Grid. The enhancement of “bigfive” framework development requires higher standards on strengthening the corebusiness of power supply companies, and improved lean management level. Asone of the power supply company’s core business, lean management on technicalinnovation of scheduled overhaul should be strengthened.This thesis designed a complete set of operation mode focused on overhaultechnical innovation project management through the field case study fromBaoding Power Supply Company. The proposed mode analyzed theimplementation of key management processes by using project managementtheory. This thesis proposed a novel management idea on systemization,professional management, and teamwork on project implementation. Theequipment scheduled overhaul maintenance was carried out by using the projectdepartment operation mode. By making full use of SAP system and PMIS system,the reservation, project, implementation, inspection, settlement, and other aspectsof the overhaul technical innovation project will be improved based on theoptimizing the processes and refining the requirements. Several steps will betaken, which include designing the framework, paying attention to the prophasework, implementing the framework. The management processes will be refinedand optimized. The efficiency on project implementation, reliability and lifespanof equipment will be improved by utilizing the standardized and specializedmanagement on overhaul technical innovation project. It has been proved that theproposed solutions and steps in this thesis will have certain practical significancethe management on overhaul technical innovation project for most power supplycompanies. |
