Risk Pre-control Management Technique And Its Application Of Jinhua Substation Equipment’’ Technical Innovation Project

With economic development and the increasing demand for electricity, Zhejiang power industry set higher requirements for quality and reliability of power supplied. To meet the requirements of the power system stability, intelligence and environmental protection, new equipment, new materials, new technology is widely used in power systems, and substation equipment technological transformation has become an important task. Implementation of technological transformation of substation equipment is more complex and dangerous than new power projects. Therefore, this paper will study the Jinhua substation equipment technological transformation project risk pre-control management technology and application.Firstly, this paper overviews the substation equipment technological transformation project risk pre-control management technology. First of all, this paper elaborates the origin of risk pre-control management technologies. And then this paper analyzes the characteristics of the risk factors of substation equipment technological transformation and clarifies the meaning of carrying out risk pre-control management technologies. Secondly, this paper research the existing problem of substation equipment technological transformation project risk pre-control management.
