With economic development and the increasing demand for electricity, Zhejiang power industry set higher requirements for quality and reliability of power supplied. To meet the requirements of the power system stability, intelligence and environmental protection, new equipment, new materials, new technology is widely used in power systems, and substation equipment technological transformation has become an important task. Implementation of technological transformation of substation equipment is more complex and dangerous than new power projects. Therefore, this paper will study the Jinhua substation equipment technological transformation project risk pre-control management technology and application.Firstly, this paper overviews the substation equipment technological transformation project risk pre-control management technology. First of all, this paper elaborates the origin of risk pre-control management technologies. And then this paper analyzes the characteristics of the risk factors of substation equipment technological transformation and clarifies the meaning of carrying out risk pre-control management technologies. Secondly, this paper research the existing problem of substation equipment technological transformation project risk pre-control management. Based on the overview of substation equipment technological transformation project risk pre-control management technologies, this chapter summarizes current problems of substation equipment technological transformation project risk pre-control management technologies and analyzes from four aspects to build a risk pre-control management system foundation. Thirdly, this paper constructs Jinhua substation equipment technological transformation project risk pre-control management system. First, this paper builds reconstruction project assessment, pre-control system and implements the preparation of the project. Then, carries out the management of construction safety risk assessment, identification and control. Fourthly, this paper analyzes the effect of implementation of Jinhua substation equipment technological transformation project risk pre-control management system. Based on the constructed Jinhua substation equipment technological transformation project risk pre-control management technology system, this paper analyzes the desired effect of the implementation of substation equipment technological transformation project risk pre-control management system, and points out the effectiveness and feasibility of the technology.
