According to the actual problems in the process of test, todo the corresponding cone cup test concave die structure optimization design.According to the requirement of the forming test action process, gives thecontrol requirement of the testing machine, and introduces the operation stepsof the control system software. Finally in the design of the testing machine,completed the Erichsen cupping test and cone cup method, measured the cupdrawing value and conical cup value, obtained the load-displacement curve,the test results show that the machine has reached the expected designrequirements.
