In recent years, with the continuous development of China’smanufacturing industry, on the sheet metal forming performance put forwardhigher requirements. Sheet metal forming performance index is importantbasis of plate processing and forming technology. In GB/T15825.1-2008sheet metal formability and test test method and GB/T4156-2007metallicmaterials sheet and strip Erichsen cupping test, gives the method of measuringsheet formability and performance indicators, however, the traditionalmachine test can only measure single parameter, and the price is moreexpensive, therefore, developed a relatively inexpensive, full-featuredintegrated formability test machine is very meaningful.This paper by GB/T15825.1-2008and GB/T4156-2007regulations onthe basis of the experiment, introduces the development status and trend ofcomposite forming machine Domestic and abroad. In this paper, we designthe equipment of the hydraulic system principle, and gives the main technicalparameters of components. Key machine of three different structure schemewas proposed, by contrast, analysis, evaluation, determined the final structureform of this article. According to the actual problems in the process of test, todo the corresponding cone cup test concave die structure optimization design.According to the requirement of the forming test action process, gives thecontrol requirement of the testing machine, and introduces the operation stepsof the control system software. Finally in the design of the testing machine,completed the Erichsen cupping test and cone cup method, measured the cupdrawing value and conical cup value, obtained the load-displacement curve,the test results show that the machine has reached the expected designrequirements.
