| Hot stamping technology is a widely used thermoplastic processing technology,which is mainly used in the production of parts such as automobile body,aerospace and equipment manufacturing.Along with the rapid development of China’s aerospace industry,there is an increasing demand for sheet metal thermoforming process and manufacturing process.Due to the low degree of intelligence in the manufacturing process,imperfect supporting facilities,mold replacement and disassembly technology are backward.This has led to a low utilization rate of valuable thermoforming equipment,which severely limits the development of productivity.In view of such problems,based on the current sheet metal thermoforming use and manufacturing process,this paper proposes a new and more intelligent high-temperature mold automatic disassembly and assembly vehicle manufacturing method,and the system is designed and modeled macroscopically.The system accessories are selected and the main structure is mechanically analyzed and checked to accommodate the contemporary thermoforming production process.Based on the actual process requirements,this project researched and designed the automatic mold loading and unloading truck,and introduced the design requirements of the mold loading and unloading truck and the overall layout and various systems.This paper divides the automatic mold loading and unloading truck into four major systems for analysis and research:mechanical system,mobile system,control system,balance system,high temperature design and thermal insulation system.For the mechanical system,the key bearing part—the reliability of the mechanical arm in the vibration and high temperature environment is analyzed.The rib is added to ensure the stability under the working environment.The mobile system of the automatic mold loading and unloading vehicle adopts the advanced AGV trackless automatic guiding technology to select guiding methods and planning routes according to the working environment and spatial layout.The automatic mold loading and unloading vehicle adopts a computer-based main line control system.For safety and system stability,the automatic mold loading and unloading vehicle also designs an alarm system,an automatic parking system,and a barrier system.In order to pre-design the system,this paper studies the operation of the system through three-dimensional modeling. |
