| Sheet metal forming equipments are the most important part of the sheet metal manufacturing, which is a very important part of the Aeronautic manufacturing. There are many new problems in the process of sheet metal manufacturing and sheet forming equipments control and running because of increasing fleetly of NC former and various computer aided applications recent years. In order to solve these problems, the integration of sheet metal forming equipments is studied in this thesis.The requirements of integration of sheet metal formers are proposed, based on the analysis on its characteristics, especially on control characteristics. The integration architecture of sheet metal forming equipments, which realizes the integration and cooperation in sheet metal factory, is established on the basis of equipments, platforms and interfaces.The integration architecture of sheet metal forming equipments, which is an part of the lamellar network of the sheet metal factory, is made up of three layers: equipment layer, control layer and integrated platform layer. The function of layers and interfaces between different layers are studied, on the analysis of the type and characteristic of messages and their transfer process.The problems about layer equipment layer and control layer are studied, including communication between control layer and other two layers, open architecture CNC of sheet metal formers, self-adaptive control and intelligent control. Some main functions realization of integrated platform under integrated environment is discussed, and the software framework of integrated platform is designed based on the component object model with the concept of software reuse.OPC is studied in this thesis, which is the key technique of the implementation of the integrate platform. According to the OPC DA specification, an OPC DA Sever and Client based on ATL is developed when actualized the objects and the interfaces of OPC Server and OPC Group, using COM, connectable object, VC++, ATL etc, in Windows OS.The thesis researched on the prosess of the sheet metal numerical manufacturing and the control and integrate of the sheet metal formers, have some useful work over the technique and implementation of the sheet metal forming equipments integrate. |
