When the army carries out the emergent repairs,constructions and eliminating dangers tasks of transportation infrastructure such as roads,railways,bridges,tunnels and others,they need to use a variety of engineering machinery such as bulldozers,excavators,loaders and other machinery and equipment.Because of the various kinds and types of engineering machinery,and the different performances and structures,a mechanical may have multiple uses,or a task can use different machinery to complete,or a variety of mechanical joint fleet to complete the different tasks.Therefore,how to carry out a reasonable allocation plan according to the job-site environment and the performance and characteristics of engineering machinery,is very importance for exerting the full performance of engineering machinery and improveing traffic emergency rescue mission capability.The research of Engineering machinery allocation for traffic emergency rescue needs to solve the problem including: according to task type select different varieties of engineering machinery in order to ensure the matching function on;to determine the quantity of each engineering machine according to the amount of work in order to meet mission needs,etc..This thesis is to provide reasonable schemes of engineering machinery allocation,and the best solution is preferred,main contents and innovations are as follows:(1)Traffic emergency rescue mission and engineering machinery allocation principles and methodsEmergency rescue mission type of roads,railways,bridges,tunnels,and barrier lake and the use of engineering machinery and equipment are discussed;The main purpose and characteristics of engineering machinery in emergency rescue tasks are analyzed;Based on practical experience,the engineering machinery allocation should follow adaptability,support,reliability,versatility and other general principles;In accordance with the content,transport distance and road conditions,soil type and climatic conditions,the basic method of of engineering machinery allocation is put forward.(2)Engineering machinery allocation modeling and solving based on linear programming methodAccording to the requirements of allocation modeling,the engineering machinery work capacity is calculated and the rescue mission was decomposed to a task decomposition table,and then,the sorting and selection of engineering machinery combination is implemented;The linear programming method is used for modeling and solving the allocation problem,and the objective function,decision variables and constraints conditions is determined;An example is given to verify the feasibility of the method,a satisfactory solution is obtained by adding constraints,provides a reasonable and feasible allocation scheme for the implementation of emergency tasks.(3)The optimal choice of the engineering machinery allocation results based on TOPSIS methodIn order to get the optimal choice based on the engineering machinery allocation results,the TOPSIS method is selected for the multiple attribute decision making problems;The optimized index such as matching types,rational cost,joint function and advanced performance is determined;And then,the method of entropy weight is used to calculate weight and standardization data of indexes;The method of TOPSIS is used to establish an optimal model and get the optimal choice;Through calculation and analysis,the feasible scheme of the optimal solution is selected.
