With the constant expansion of the city and the increase in population, traffic congestionis increasingly becoming an issue of concern, the development of urban rail transportationbecomes an inevitable trend. Tram has developed rapidly in some small cities with theadvantages of short construction period, less investment, facilitate to transfer, energy saving,and the low noise.ATP(Automatic Train Protection) is the key to ensure traffic safety and improve systemoperational efficiency, which has the functions of over speed protection, speed supervision,speed testing, positioning and door control. Recently there is less domestic research on TramATP system, so research on tram ATP system is important. The application of fuzzypredictive control theory in tram ATP system is deeply researched in this thesis. The maincontents are as follows:First of all, the basic concepts of fuzzy predictive control are elaborated. The three basicprinciples of fuzzy predictive control are generalized, a multi-objective fuzzy predictivecontrol algorithm is proposed, the control objective optimization problem with satisfactionoptimization method is solved, a comprehensive evaluation model of fuzzy predictive isproposed. A constrained fuzzy multi-objective model is established. Several commonly valuefunctions of satisfactory optimization are determined. A comprehensive evaluation method ofsingle objective satisfaction optimization algorithm and multi-objective satisfactionoptimization value function is proposed.Secondly,manipulation of the basic rules of the tram and the optimized handlingprinciples are identified.4relatively independent sub-processes are divided for the tramsrunning process, corresponding optimization indicators and the optimization strategies tomanipulate are proposed. The satisfaction of the trams running control objectives aredescribed with the fuzzy membership function, a multi-objective decision-making model ofthe tram manipulation scheme is established. For the features of the tram operation controlsystem, the vertical section of the line is fuzzy processed and a comprehensivecharacterization matrix of the trend is proposed. Single-step predictive model, multi-stepprediction model and fuzzy multi-objective satisfaction optimization model are established forthe tram operation control system. The evaluation functions of security, speed following,comfort and the fuzzy rule base are established for the tram.Finally, tests the model by simulation, test results show that the model has a goodprotective effect and is able to reach a satisfactory level. Thus proving the ATP model which based on the algorithm of the fuzzy predictive control is accuracy and reliability.
