The Exploration Of Yangling East-garden District Transformation Method And The Construstion Plan

With the rapid urban construction and social-economic level of sustainable development,people are having higher and more specific requirements about daily life and spiritual needs,especially about their own living environment. Due to the imperfect constructionspecifications and planning concepts in the past, the old residential area are now unable tomeet the demand about green living environment, infrastructure, parking and so on.Imperfect design not only affects the daily life of people living, it also obstructs the whole cityfrom following the current high demand to transform to a higher standard of urbanenvironment. Therefore, to explore appropriate ways for the renovation of old residentialareas will help improving people’s happiness index and it is conducive to enhance the overallurban environment.The study about Dong yuan District of Yang Ling field found that the existing old househaves some problems in the following aspects: insufficient quantity and quality of plants, lackof layering on landscape effects, lack of post-construction conservation; the lack of facilitieson quantity and quality, inappropriate locations; no specific parking plan, parking chaos, theweakness combination between the landscape and weak on parking areas.In response to these problems, the transformation of the feasible methods to explore anddiscuss should follow the principle of " local conditions，sustainable development".On theplants area, greening should be much richer in plant resources district and proper pruning arealso needed about the green planning to improve the overall quality of communitygreening.On the basic implementation, first we should resolve the lack of residentialinfrastructure and the quality of the backward problem,with repairing the infrastructure andincreasing the amount of district infrastructure in the proper place to meet the residentialneeds of residents based on their daily lives, such as trashes, garbages, landscape sketchfurniture, fitness equipment, faucets etc. Secondly, after meeting the needs of the district weshould improve the quality of infrastructure in order to meet the needs of residents in a higher quality of life. We also should pay attention on the residents of different age groups to makethe corresponding facility settings, such as recreational facilities for children and chess roomfor the elderly; On the parking area, we need to deal with the situation of the insufficientparking areas including giving priority to projects less and low cost. We should start frommaking full use of existing idle space and scientific and rational way to improve the existingresidential parking environment. During the process of cell transformation concreteconstruction, construction management should focus on safety, quality management, andmanagement of the reconstruction project humanities, culture management, cost management,and other aspects to control the construction process of rational management and monitoring.
