| The production of coal produces large amounts of mine water, The temperature ofmine water is relatively constant throughout the year, mine water is a very high-quality,low taste heat, but most of the coal mining enterprises only drain mine water directlyafter treatment, not be used. As the encouragement of national policy and the rapiddevelopment of water source heat pump technology,some mines lead build minewater source heat pump system, making full use of low-grade thermal in coal minewater as a heat source, to meet the need of winter heating and summer cooling in themine area.This article describes a large coal mine in Shandong uses heat pump technology,mine water as a heat source, to meet the demand of coal mine buildings for summercooling and winter heating, reducing CO2emissions from coal mines. To study theenergy efficiency of mine water source heat pump system, this paper bases on the actualoperation dates of heating condition, conducting thermodynamic cycle analysis,operation analysis and thermal analysis in economics of mine water source heat pumpsystem. The results showed that the coefficient of performance in heating condition ofmine water source heat pump system reaches3.4; the temperature of mine water〠thewater flow rate of mine waterã€the thickness of dirt layer and the diversification of heatload have a relatively large influence on COP of heat pump system, the actual operationof the heat pump system should under the optimal water temperature, water flow rateand promptly clean up the dirt, so that the system can reach the maximum COP; theexergy efficiency of performance in heating condition of mine water source heat pumpsystem is26.29%, the cost of unit exergy is4.97Yuan/KW.In summary, We should actively promote mine water source heat pump system inthe mine, truly do waste heat utilization and energy saving; the exergy efficiency ofperformance in heating condition of mine water source heat pump system is low, weshould intensify the research on mine water source heat pump system, optimize theanalysis, develop new energy-saving technology to improve the exergy efficiency of theentire system. |
