With the improving of the technical requirements for space industry, a new challenge to the project management on construction space, aiming at various problems existing in space construction projects and disputes, the traditional project management mode can’t meet the high standards and requirements of aerospace technology, in this background, based on Partnering model for space construction management solves present problems, study a system, scientific and operational guidance theory and method, and give full play to the space construction of various related enterprise resource advantages, to achieve common goals is of great significance to the aerospace enterprises.
