Study On The Application Of Partnering Model In Construction Project Cost Management

According to many successful cases in the project management, we analyzed that choose the management mode in project management is crucial.20th-century American first successful applied to the Partnering model in project management, then in the foreign country the application of Partnering model become more and more popular.Through the analysis of Partnering model used in project management, then the article studied the engineering cost management. First of all, both at home and abroad for the decades it studied and summarized the theory of the Partnering model, including its definition, organization structure, the working process and so on. Second, the paper analyzed the theoretical framework of engineering cost management in recent years, including its concept, characteristics, theoretical framework interface and so on. Then the paper combined the Partnering model with construction engineering cost management and established the evaluation index system of project cost of Partnering management model’s implementation level, found the important factors in Partnering mode that influence the project cost management including cooperation trust mechanism, incentive mechanism of dispute settlement. And then the paper established cooperation game model that demonstrated only under the full cooperation trust of participants, they could obtain the maximum benefit. And to reduce disputes and prevent dispute upgrade for the conflict, the paper established dispute settlement system. Finally in Partnering mode it received the benefits of construction project cost management. From finding problems to solve the problem and profit distribution the paper set up a complete engineering cost management system in Partnering mode, and it’s the main research results of this paper.In this paper, the engineering cost management theory and application in Partnering mode’s analysis can enrich and develop our country’s construction cost management theory and method, it provides the scientific method for investors, contract party construction budget for the owners and so on. it can better provide the theoretical support for the government investment construction department of implementing the Partnering management mode.
