Facing The Owners' S Construction Project Management Under The Partnering Relationship

What kind of project management model is adopted and whether the implementation of the construction project is successful have important links to obtain satisfactory results.In China's traditional project management mode,the project management efficiency is generally low because the project participants all focus on their own interests,not paying enough attention to the whole project situation,as leads to the phenomenon of one plus one less than two.In the case of excessive competition,the construction side tend to take low-priced bid high-priced claims strategy,cooperative relations due to excessive claims or litigation tensions or rupture.Therefore,the appropriate,mutually matched project management model will make the project better completed,more satisfactory results.Into the twenty-first century,the construction of the increasing volume of the body,need to use more and more resources,construction market becomes more and more standardized,the proposed building is often more than 10 million square feet or hundreds of thousands of square meters,Competition has become increasingly fierce.Similarly,the project management model is also changing,the original project management models are under the continuous development of innovation.Some new,effective management models are forming.Partnering model is a kind of new project management model which has been developed in recent years.Some models have been studied both in domestic and abroad,and the project management model has been applied to practical projects,and achieved good results.Based on the comparison of the traditional construction management model and the Partnering model,this paper summarizes the theoretical research and practical achievements of the Partnering model at home and abroad in recent years.Based on the characteristics of construction project management,this paper studies the three objectives of project management,such as construction period,cost and schedule,under the Partnering relationship with owner.Finally,taking the cooperation project between our company and PAIG(China)Automobile Investment Co.,Ltd.,as an example,to verify the application value of construction project management under the partnering relationship.
