The Theoretical Framework And Implementation Strategy Research Of Transforming "Urban Village" Into "Low-carbon Community"

In the21st century, urbanization has become the trend of social development. In the present time, the capital, land, labor and technology in city have become important and active factors and the developing speed of the city is unprecedented. However, as the environment is the basement of the human beings, it has been destroyed by the traditional mode of economic growth which is high input, high consumption and extensive. So to recognizing the relationship between human and nature makes people examine and criticize the traditional model of development. Harmonious socialist society should be a society which is democratic, fairness justice, honest and friendly, vibrant, balanced, orderly as well as harmony between man and nature. As urban village is the shortest board in Cask Effect of urban development, it has become the primary problem that how to reasonably develop and utilize the village in the city. Based on the idea of sustainable development and low carbon idea, the paper points out that the approach should pursue dynamic balance of the society and environment under the guide of the sustainable development by deeply analyzing the phenomenon and problems of "village in city". The purpose of this paper is looking for a new approach to transform the village by analyzing the problem and phenomenon of urban villages and using the experience of low carbon community models, which excepts to promote the construction of low carbon economy and balance the urban and rural relationship so as to build a harmonious and sustainable development of society with this method. The main contents of the text are as follows:The first chapter introduces the research background, significance and thesis framework The second chapter analyzes the concept and content of "village in city" and "low carbon communities", and points out their characteristics and the research at present to build the theory basement between the two factors.The third chapter discusses the feasibility that the village in the city transfer to low carbon community by studying the relationship between them.The fourth chapter mainly studies the target, principle, operation system and main problems in the transformation.The fifth chapter discusses the basic strategy of transformation and special strategy of transformation, and then gives the related opinions and advices.
