ABSTRACT:The energy-saving composite wall-panel is prepared in this thesis which is a sandwich composite wall, it mainly consists of lightweight aggregate concrete as surface course and insulation mortar materials as sandwich layer. The main works of this thesis are as follows:(1)The finite element analysis is used for the research of bending bearing performance of structure layer panel. The thermal index variety regulation of composite wallboard is discussed under different structure type. The required mechanical strength and thermal performance index of the structural layer and insulation layer of energy-saving composite wall is confirmed respectively.(2)Through the orthogonal experiment, the optimal mix ratio of all-light-weight aggregate concrete is obtained. The all-light-weight aggregate concrete is acquired, which strength is10.OMpa, coefficient of thermal conductivity is0.303W/(mk).(3)According to the mass ratio1:1of vitrified microsphere with water repellent, a mass concentration of1%water repellent is used for coating modification on the vitrified microsphere. Modified by water repellent furthermore can be used for preparing all-light-weight aggregate concrete, its compressive strength is12.8Mpa, the coefficient of thermal conductivity is0.302W/(mk).(4)Through single factor analysis experiment on thermal insulation mortar components, the optimal dosage of each component can be obtained. With the formula consists of each best dosage of components, thermal insulation mortar can be made which strength is0.68Mpa, coefficient of thermal conductivity is0.081W/m’k.(5) With the application of the energy saving software PBECA, the energy consumption of ordinary residential in Changsha is simulated, a building exterior wall with200thick energy-saving composite wall-panel can economize energy23.8%on the basis of a building exterior wall with240thick clay brick when the conditions except exterior wall are the same.
