ABSTRACT:Firstly, the main gold was further optimized the frame supported shear wall structure against the area of the landing shear wall and the floor’s rigidity. Because if the number of landing shear too small, lateral deformation structures, seismic capacity can not meet the requirements; too much reinforcement is not only affect the function of the underlying building, reduce the structural vibration period, increase the seismic effect but also waste the amount of material resulting in economic. The effect of slab deformation is mainly reflected in the shear distribution on conversion layer and the upper and lower floors will have difference.Through the analysis of three different groups of models and under the seismic response spectrum and time history analysis of the models, get the structural’s performance index related. Verify the area of landing shear wall and the floor’s rigidity. The system can more accurately reflect the system performance index in dynamic time history analysis.Record of damages caused by earthquakes in the past indicated that many post-earthquakes would happened after the main-earthquake. The post-earthquakes can make the damage more serious, and sometimes, is the main cause of collapse of buildings. But in China, code for seismic design of buildings and code for earthquake disaster evaluation and its information management system, the main factor to be considered is only the single earthquake, the effects of damage such as people death and economic loss, caused by post-earthquake have never been considered, it is important to study to what extent post-earthquakes could deteriorate the damage. This paper studied the damage-state of building under post-earthquakes by calculating when the damages were caused by main-earthquakes and without reparation.
