The Research On The Strategies Of The New Urban District Development And Construction In The View Of Low-impact Development

Because of the rapidity and one-side design the course of the development and construction of the new urban district, a series of problems have appeared in our present new urban district,such as the unordered spreading of borders,the low efficiency of land use,the irrationality of industrial disposition,the environment of human settlement and so on.In order to solve these problems in the development and construction of the new urban district, this paper introduces the idea of the Low-Impact Development.Low Impact Development take the idea that reduce the impact on resources and environment as its basic principle, regulate and lead the development and construction of the new urban district,in order to realize the balance of the development construction of the new urban district and the protection of the environment.The paper as to provide the new urban district new method for its development and construction under the view of the Low-Impact Development, which can reduce the impact and destruction resources and environment, establish a sustainable way of development.The paper discusses the problem through four parts.The first part is introduction, mainly to introduce this article’s research background, purpose and significance, research object, and research methods.The second part is the chapter two,through study and contrast the theory and practice of domestic and foreign related research,obtain the problems in the development and construction of the our new urban district,which is the issue this paper want to study and solve.The third part includes the chapter three and the chapter four.This part come up with a series of strategies to solve the problems in the development and construction of the new urban district under the view of the Low-Impact Development,and through the Low-Impact Development concept in the application of ShenZhen Guangming new district planning to verify the solving strategies.The fourth part is the conclusion, summarizes the main content of this thesis research, and put forward the problems and the direction of further research.As the tentative exploration of the Low-Impact Development expanding in the field of the urban planning,the innovation of article mainly includes the following three aspects:Deepening the concept of the Low-Impact Development expanding in the field of the urban planning;Introduce the idea of the Low-Impact Development to the field of urban planning, in order to seek new perspectives for the development of the city in our country;Put forward the strategies under the view of the Low-Impact Development to solve the problems appeared in the process of development and construction of the new urban district.
