Study On The Coordination Of Metropolitan Industrial Agglomeration Area And Urban Space

Industry which from the date of its birth and urban space influence and mutually reinforce each other. Urban space is not only the carrier and place for the fluxion, configuration and integration of the current economic factors, but also a necessary condition for engaging in various economic activities. The growing process of urban space is constantly searching for space optimization process.Industrial parks have been gradually replaced by the Industrial agglomeration area, which is becoming the basic unit of urban industrial space organizations. Under the background of new urbanization and new industrialization, in the role of industry, information, policy, technical, personnel, capital and other factors, industrial parks or industrial enterprises tend to be more geographic concentration and agglomeration, thus formed industrial agglomeration area and other cities internal elements together, transform their own internal strengths into outer space advantages, and promote the development and optimization of urban space. While the urban space which own various elements have been optimized, promotes the continuously configuration and optimization of the internal and external factors of the industrial agglomeration area, which will has further development. Therefore, the developments of industrial agglomeration area and urban space can form a virtuous circle, which can achieve mutual promotion and coordinated development.This article summarized from four theoretical aspects, i.e. the organic evacuation, spatial organization, industrial clusters and mobile space, for gathering basic theory of urban industrial agglomeration areas and urban space. And base on revealing the regulation and characteristics of the evolution of China’s industrial agglomeration area and urban space, this article conducts research on their coordination mechanism from the perspectives of the optimization effect which industrial agglomeration area provides to urban space and the reaction that urban space provides to industrial agglomeration area. And that building an evaluation index system and a measurement model, Measures and tests their interactive effect. Finally, this article takes the coordination between Changsha industrial agglomeration area and its urban space as an empirical subject, on account of the research of their mutual evolutive response, this article focus on the interaction between industrial agglomeration area and urban, towns and their major infrastructure. And further, through extracting relevant data, this article measures the interactive effects of Changsha industrial agglomeration area and its urban space in2008,2012and2020. And then, based on their mutual evolutive response and measure results, to research and analysis the coordination mechanism of Changsha industrial agglomeration area and its urban space, and to propose strategies to promote positive interaction between the two.
