Urban Agglomeration Area Industrial Park Development Planning

Since the 20th century, the economy of our country has developed rapidly with the development of industry and its clusters.The industrial parks are increased gradually these years as the spatial carriers of industry.In this paper, I selected industrial parks of town groups as research object.On the basis of correlated studies both at home and abroad, referencing successful industry parks,I studied the planning methods of the industrial parks of urban agglomerations by combining the theory with practice.There are three main parts in this paper:theoretical basis, theoretical framework and planning practice.I divided the research into two systems:function and industry orientation. In the function orientation, I analyzed the compounding of function for industrial parks in the regional of urban agglomerations and proposed the planning strategy for the bi-function industrial park. In the industry orientation, I analyzed the spatial network of industrial parks and the industry cluster network, and offered a method of industry planning based on complex networks.I made some innovations in the following three aspects in this paper. Firstly, I proposed the concept of the bi-function industrial park and explained its stages of development and its features.Secondly, I constructed complex networks of industrial park in the view of regional overall development and put foreword the "competition-cooperation" spatial network of industrial park and the "demand-supply" industrial cluster network. Then I generalized the four basic modes of spatial networks of industrial network and the four stages of development of industrial cluster network.Finally, I offered the impact factors of spatial network of industrial parks in town groups, constructed the multi-factor assessment model,and made the industrial orientation with quantitative research methods.
