Full face rock Tunnel Boring Machine is a large industrial tunneling work system, by the composition of machinery, electronic, hydraulic, laser technology. Fundamental vibration exists in the tunneling process, the reversing valve of driving system is working in this environment for a long time, the fundamental vibration will lead to increase temperature in valve. In order to explore the effect of vibration on the steady-state temperature field in valve, and improving the temperature field in reversing valve, the main results are as follows:Firstly, the valve’s spool dynamics model, mathematical model of temperature field and the fluid inside the valve network computing model were established. Using the software Fluent to obtain the distribution of steady-state temperature field in the valve under fundamental vibration.Secondly, The influence of the fundamental vibration parameters, the spool opening, working pressure, oil temperature, oil entrance velocity, pressure groove shape and the number of such factors on the steady temperature field in valve was analyzed, and revealing their influence on the steady state temperature field in the valve.Thirdly, the relationship between the valve body’s deformation, valve core’s deformation, flow properties and the valve’s temperature field were analyzed. The flow characteristics was obtained. Determined the TBM reversing valve normal working area as the standard of2.5%flow deviation, the steady working temperature range was obtained. Besides, the preventing measures were put forward, such as limiting oil entrance temperature, increase the heat dissipation area measures and so on.Fourthly, the vibration test stand was built based on the above theory and simulation research. Using the test stand, some experiment was made, including the contract test of temperature under strong vibration, the filed under different working pressure and different vibration amplitude. The test results and simulation results have high degree of coincidence, verified the correctness of the simulation analysis.
