Abstract:With the development of city subway, mountain tunnel project, tunnel boring machine as the tunnel excavation construction equipment has been commonly used. In the process of tunnel boring, real-time, accurate, high precision of direction is an important link to ensure the tunnel excavation. A laser target guiding system with small space occupation, real-time, high accuracy is an important equipment in the tunnel boring. This thesis, supported by China Railway Construction Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd.’s project "laser target guiding system", researches on key technology of tunnel boring machine’s guiding system, and develops a set of automatic guiding system. The main contents are include:1. In this thesis, the measurement process of tunnel construction is investigated, analyzed the current situation and development trend of tunnel measurement technology at home and abroad. And it presents the design scheme of laser target guiding system.2. This thesis studies the algorithm used in the tunnel construction survey:including fitting circle algorithm, line calculation algorithm, coordinate transformation algorithm, deviation calculation algorithm, the correction curve algorithm and pre-assembled algorithms.3. This thesis designs the software and hardware structure of automatic guiding system, as well as the automatic guiding system’s workflow.4. This thesis analyses the precision of automatic guiding system. The performance index clearly meets the construction requirements, when it is used in the construction sites. After using in Changsha Metro Line1section5Hou Jiatang station to South Lake Road station, the guiding system has been modified and optimized as a commercial product.
