Cogeneration supporting heating network works has been attended andimplemented for a long time in the country and abroad as its advantage ofenvironmental protection and superior energy-saving Many developed countries anddeveloping countries have a keen interest in the construction of a large cogenerationprojects and they really built some cogeneration projects. The projects have theFeatures, such as big investment, long construction period, investment risk, lessrelated references, and so on, Therefore, it is necessary to carry out comprehensiveevaluation to measure projects on corporate, social and environmental efficiencyimprove the investment and construction efficiency, reduce business risk, as well asprovide the necessary basis for the investment and construction of similar projects.In this paper, we use comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the supportingheating network project of Xinghe thermal power generating units. First, there is adetailed introduction about the project and location to provide basic information forfurther study, on this basis. At the same time, we introduced the naturalenvironment,social conditions and heating power supply situation ofXhinghe.Providing date for following study.Evaluation on the analysis andfinancial risk.Ensure that the project construction fund is reasonably clear,toensure the reasonable effective use of funds to further promote the projectdevelopment. Comprehensive analysis of various risk faced by the project, nip inthe bud, actively planning a variety of risk prevention measures.
