| The past ten years,thanks to the process of urbanization,the rapid development of the real estate industry,the demand for escalator growing,ushered in the golden age of development.However,with the domestic economic downturn,the real estate market continues to slump,the escalator industry into the bottleneck of development.China’s Escalator production capacity surplus,the industry market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,at the same time,construction projects are facing increasing risks and uncertainties,risk accidents occur frequently.The escalator project is a large scale of investment,risk factors,long construction period,construction technology,the relationship between the various stakeholders of the perplexing process of production and consumption,is a very complex system engineering,there are a lot of uncertain factors and dynamic change.By comparing and analyzing the current risk management models of domestic and international engineering projects,this paper points out the existing problems and shortcomings of the existing risk management models in china.Study on the evaluation index system on the formation mechanism,main project risk,put forward risk response strategy,establish the related behavior risk management model,index system,behavior risk of constructing project is suitable for China’s national conditions and in accordance with international practice management system and risk management risk model.Taking the company am rail transit project as an example,this paper studies the problems of the project risk management mode in China,and puts forward a set of risk management solutions.In this paper,the project managers recognize the importance of project risk management,the risk management mode of advanced project,improve China’s equipment manufacturing enterprise’s competitiveness,also fierce competition for China’s equipment manufacturing enterprises to cope with the domestic and international market has a certain practical significance. |
