Transformer is an important component unit of power system and undertakes important tasks of transmission and distribution.If the transformer breaks down,it will lead to a large area of power outage,and cause huge economic loss.Traditional scheduled maintenance needs to be carried out when the transformer is out of service.This thesis designs a multi-information fusion system for transformer state maintenance.The system is based on online monitoring technology.It integrates all kinds of information such as transformer operation state monitoring,transformer working environment monitoring and transformer historical operation load monitoring.Then it arrange the maintenance plan to avoid the transformer fault shutdown.This thesis analyzes the main problems of transformer maintenance.It studies the basic structure of on-line monitoring system.On the basis of requirement analysis,it completes the overall design of transformer condition based maintenance system based on multi information fusion.The system is divided into three parts: data acquisition unit,data transmission unit and upper monitoring system unit.The data acquisition unit can measure various operation parameters of transformer.It uses the power quality detection module to realize the real-time monitoring of transformer's historical operation load and power quality information.It uses AS3935 lightning sensor to detect the lightning information.It uses weather sensors to monitor the weather information of transformer operation.It uses TNC DC magnetic bias sensor to collect the core grounding current.It uses global positioning system(GPS)and Beidou dual-mode module to realize the timing and positioning functions of the control unit to ensure that the system clock is consistent with the power system clock.The data transmission unit realizes the data transmission between the field and the monitoring master station.It selects wireless sensor based on Zigbee to avoid wiring work;designs two different 4G wireless communication schemes based on UART to 4G transparent transmission module and Ethernet to 4G transparent transmission module.The upper monitoring master station completes the data calculation,analysis and processing.It selects STM32F746 BE processor based on ARM-based Cortex-M7 as the core controller.Finally,it completes the hardware circuit PCB design,hardware welding,controller program writing,communication interface testing.The transformer condition based maintenance system designed in this thesis is applied to a 10kV/380 V transformer for testing.The results show that the system functions are basically realized and the performance meets the design.
