Power supply about75%of our country is done by thermal power, sothe energy saving efficiency, reduced cost of power generation is one of the mostconcern of the each power generation enterprise. Now power plant unit adoptsdistributed control system DCS, under the present situation of the two main ways ofenergy saving and efficiency increasing as follows: improving the performance ofthermal power unit and the envelop retrofit of auxiliaries. And reduce auxiliarypower is one of the most direct, the most effective way of energy saving, therefore,measures to reduce auxiliary power is deepening mining direction of energy savingand consumption reducing.In this paper, through collecting DaLaTe power plant energy consumptionstatistics, statistics of auxiliary power under different load conditions and feed waterpump, fan and other auxiliary equipment, filter the power of the data, find the relatedfactors influencing the service-power consumption rate. Fans, pumps and otherauxiliary equipment of the power consumption accounts for more than85%of plantpower consumption. Therefore, auxiliary equipment manufacturing technology,energy conservation and environmental protection level will directly affect theauxiliary power.According to the actual situation of our factory, from the electric steam feedwater pump to pump, filter and its control system modification; Optimizing auxiliaryoperation mode; To carry out the value index of international competition, etc, thispaper expounds the a series of feasible measures to reduce the service-powerconsumption rate, and puts forward effective energy saving solutions. |
