Analyses On Economy & Energy Saving Of Main Auxiliary Machinery In Power Plant Of Karamay Petrochina

It has practical significance to study the energy saving and the related economy of the main auxiliaries in the thermal power plant as they are high power-consumption.The prospect and status of the research on energy saving and the related economy of the main auxiliary machines such as water pump, fan and mill in thermal power plant at home and abroad are firstly described in this paper. Then, the potential of energy saving of auxiliaries in thermal power plant has been analyzed with the running condition of the three main auxiliaries in the thermal power plant of Karamay Petrochina. The suggestions that the speed adjustment of frequency conversion of the low pressure deaerator pump and the fan in boiler shop, the hydraulic coupling of the No3 suction fan, drag ways of the water-supply pump and the self-optimizing of the mill have been proposed. The economic benefits before and after the reforms have been analyzed.
