In modern times, advanced technology to support people with personality in line with demand of living environment, however, this artificially creative architectural function and comfortable living environment is often many energy resources consumption in return, which is causing the depletion of resources, energy shortage is a major reason, at the same time, many pollutants that bring the loss of energy resources the, but also to a large extent on the earth’s ecological environment caused damage and pollution, so, the research work of building energy saving technology, it is very important and necessary to. Hangzhou as China economically developed Yangtze River Delta region, in recent years the rapid development of city construction, the area of new residential buildings appear blowout type growth, although the national and Zhejiang province for the residential building energy-saving design and construction and acceptance process have rules to follow, and strengthen the supervision and enforcement of building energy-saving, but the actual effect is not obvious. In this paper, through the investigation and Research on the Hangzhou area of building energy saving technology and development present situation, has carried on the following research from the aspects of structure of energy-saving technical maintenance construction:Firstly, through field sampling survey for Hangzhou area of several residential buildings and public buildings, building energy consumption situation of Hangzhou area, summed up the main ways to reduce the energy consumption of buildings in Hangzhou area in order to optimize the construction planning and design and optimization of the building envelope thermal design.Then, according to the climate of Hangzhou region environment, the contribution of energy saving technology on energy saving building envelope in three kinds of typical building model in Hangzhou area ratio were simulated calculation and analysis, found that the building envelope energy-saving technology can reduce building energy consumption, the energy saving effect from high in the end were: Exterior insulation, outside the window, roofing, external shading, shading, but the inner and outer sun shading energy-saving effect which is not obvious; the external wall thermal insulation and roofing energy saving effect and decrease with the increasing of building shape coefficient decreases and the construction area, the outer window energy saving is the moderate scale construction effect is best; for the same building, thermal insulation material thickness is bigger, the better the external insulation of exterior wall and roof energy saving effect, but not very obvious.Finally, combining with the energy-saving design example of three typical floor type in an ordinary residential area in Hangzhou area, building energy conservation regulations from two comprehensive indicators and building energy saving, energy saving technology of the three buildings were effect evaluation and verification, proof of the energy-saving design examples in the enclosure structure energy saving technology solutions to meet the requirements of. And hope that through the research, it could provide reference to the Hangzhou area building envelope energy-saving technology application, so as to promote the construction of energy-saving strategy of Hangzhou area smoothly, accelerate the construction of energy-saving work speed, promote the Hangzhou region’s economic and social sustainable development.
