Network planning is an important part of the region where the economic andsocial development, simultaneously it is one of an important foundation for thelong-term development plan of the electric power supply companies. The distributionnetwork planning is an important component of the electrical network planning, thedistribution network construction is an important guarantee safe and reliable deliveryof electricity to end users,in order to obtain the biggest economic benefits, thedistribution network planning is not only to ensure safe and reliable power grid, butalso to ensure economic operation of the power grid. The load of Anping country is growing rapidly as well as the national economy, the distribution network need to be planted according to the development of Anpingcountry. The paper analyzed the actuality distribution network of Anping base d on theoverall development plan.Based on the current situation of Anping power source, loaddistribution and electricity consumption,low-voltage power, summed up the problemsof low voltage distribution network.Through the analysis of scientific data, predictAnping municipal science in future years.Based on the above, the distribution network planning were proposed.thenestimated the planning projects, determine the direction of the grid. Efforts to solvethe problems, improve the grid structure, In order to carry out "economic development, power first" concept of development, to better meet the economic development andimprove the living standards of society,to better guide grid construction projects ofAnping2013-2020. Really built a strong regional power grid which has"reasonablestructure, applicable technology, high-quality power supply, low power consumption".
