Research On Load Prediction Method On New Type Town And Adaptability Analysis Of Distribution Network Planning

Urbanization is the natural history along with industrialization,non-agricultural industries in urban agglomeration,and rural residents to urban concentrations,it is the objective trend of the development of human society,and an important symbol of country urbanization.On September 2,2015,the national development and Reform Commission issued the guidelines on speed up distribution network construction and transformation,pointing out that during 2015 to 2012,distribution network construction and transformation investment should be no less than 2 trillion yuan,and focus on resolving the weak distribution network issues,raise the capacity of new energy,find a comprehensive solution to the issues such as average low supply capacity,security risks,bottleneck,low voltage.Driven by huge investment,how to make the distribution network planning under the new towns,strengthen the management based on problem-oriented,ensure efficiency has great economic and social significance.Load forecast is prerequisite and basis for new-style urban distribution network planning,adaptability evaluation planning is the grantee of reasonable planning.To meet the requirement of the development of new towns,enhance the quality of projects and investment performance,with the background of new town development strategy,the thesis focus on the study of new town load forecast methods and evaluation system of distribution network construction project,analyzing from the influence factors of three aspects,which are voltage quality,power supply capacity,and the reliability of power supply,to come to the conclusion through certain calculation methods and work out a new type of urban distribution network planning and design principles,in order to better guide the construction of distribution network planning of the new town area.
