Huludao power grid dispatching automation system foundation is very weak, theoriginal system can not meet the actual demand of power dispatch. Therefore, researchon a system of Huludao power grid control, to improve the regulation ability of Huludaopower grid, power system to ensure running safety, stability, economy and quality hasimportant practical significance.Firstly, investigats the actuality of power dispatching automation system of Huludaopower grid, analyzes the necessity of the system construction. Secondly, based on theappropriate principles, the use of advanced technology standards, from the constructionideas, system management mode, design principles, framework,implementation offunction and system capacity, designs The overall design scheme for the Integration ofHuludao Power Grid Dispatching and Supervisory Control. According to thepeople-oriented design concept, design the control in one mode of operation andmanagement of the human-computer interaction software, including graphicsmanagement, report, curve view, alarm and WEB query function; put forward variousfault handling mechanism, guarantee the reliable operation of the system in the event ofa single fault. Designs the intelligent alarm function, for improving the response speedof the important information, so as to improve the efficiency of fault handling.Designsthe Automatic Voltage Control system, in order to ensure the safe and stable operation ofpower grid, improve the voltage qualification rate, to decrease network loss, improvevoltage quality. With the idea of modularization,designs the advanced applicationsoftware, help the dispatcher to master the real-time Grid information, forecast andanalyze the trend of system. Finally, analyzes some new technology prospect, such asnetwork equivalent and planning analysis.
