Heating regulation is the key links to ensure the heating quality and safety, stability and economic of heating operation. At present, due to the advantages of low-temperature radiant floor heating have been more and more apparent. The population of radiator heating and low temperature floor radiation heating share a heat source has been becoming more and more popular. Thus the heating system of double parameter adjustment has practical significance to research. Modeling analysis of the whole central heating system is the precondition of the heating system operation adjustment. Because of the coupling relationship between hydraulic characteristics and thermal properties, request the model can reflect the hydraulic characteristics of the heating system and also can reflect the thermal characteristics of the system. Thus the model can better reflect the actual operation situation for central heating.First of all, in this paper, the way to regulate and running energy consumption of single-parameter heating systems have been analyzed theoretically. The single-parameter heating system including the terminal equipment is the radiator heating system and the terminal is the low temperature floor radiation heating system. And it is concluded that the two types of heating water temperature regulation formula in direct connection heating system, indirect heating system and mix water direct heating system. The water temperature regulation curve drawing by an example about low temperature floor radiant heating system.Then this article analyse the running adjusting of the three kinds of transfer station connection mode that were commonly used in the double parameters heating system, and draw the corresponding running adjustment basic formula. In addition, the applicability of mixing water direct heating system(MWDHS) that maybe used in double parameters heating system has been analyzed, and drawn the following conclusions:when choose mixed mode of MWDHS design condition should be considered, the choice of designated heating regulation mode should also be considered. Choose the mix pump was set at secondary supplying water network depend on design condition is applicable in the entire operational regulation process, but choose the mix water pump was set at secondary backwater and bypass pipe should take the operating conditions into consideration and make a comprehensive selection.Based on the theory of single and double parameters of heating system operation adjustment TRNSYS models were set up. The temperature attenuation and delay time of the heat supply network in the models was analyzed. Pointed out that the heat source should consider their impacts on network, response measures should be taken before operation adjustment issue commands. Analyzed many kinds of adjusting method commonly used from the angle of boiler energy consumption and circulating pumps energy consumption, and pointed out adjusting by quality control with flow varied by steps is more energy-saving than adjusting by quality control. Adjusting by quality control with flow varied by two steps or by three steps is related with geographical and meteorological parameters, when make choice the region’s optimal point to differentiate phase should be used. The result of this part pointed out that TRNSYS can be an ideal software platform, because it can well reflect the coupling relationship between hydraulic characteristics and thermal properties.
