Supersonic Combustion Ramjet (SCRAMJET) is being more and more emphasized because of it’s high performance. The main method of study SCRAMJET is to build ground laboratory to simulate various conditions in our country at present. Ground experiment has the advantage of greatly reducing cost, and equipments can be used flexible to meet all Kinds of complicated conditions. This paper compare several typical experiment platform, and propose a fuel heating system that heated by heating pipe, the fuel heating system are designed as one stage system to replace the old system which use two stage system.Based on the test requirements of aviation Kerosene flow rate and temperature, first step is to study properties of Kerosene, and to calculate system parameters, then drawn the heating system diagram to determine the initial structure of heating system. The heating pipe will produce thermal expansion and reducing its strength because it made of stainless steel, so I use autopipe software to analyze the thermal stress of heating pipe to ensure that the process of experiment is safe. Using fluent software to contribute heating system simulation model and analyzing the process of heating to verifying the truth of Theoretical calculation and whether the heating system can meet the experiment requirements. Use CATIA software to building models to determine the heating system frame size and position of parts. Use labview software to design data acquisition and control system. finally select sensor and control device. The fuel heating system in this paper has the advantage of simple structure, reliable operation and less construction cost. This paper can be as reference information for actual fuel system construction.
