With the operation level of the power grid improved and the power equipmentcondition based maintenance promoted deeply, the on-line monitoring device of highvoltage equipments such as transformer, high voltage reactor, circuit breaker, arrester,have been widely applied. The real-time data acquisition in the on-line monitoring devicehas become an important basis for remote judging the operation of high voltageequipment. The role of the online monitoring device is also obtained by more industryexperts. Large substation is usually installed several sets of high voltage equipmentonline monitoring. The different on-line monitoring device has an independent dataprocessing system, which usually can not be built in an unified management platform.This also increases the workload of maintenance, and is not conducive to data analysisand management. With the rapid development of smart grid technology, insidersgradually formed a communication protocol based on the IEC61850protocol, providingthe technical foundation for the development of on-line monitoring informationmanagement system.The main contents are as follows:(1) Designed a transformer oil chromatographic online monitoring subsystem.Through this system, the dissolved gas in transformer oil is detected in different groupstimely, the test results are compared and analyzed by three ratio method. The numericalover limit, numerical abnormalities, numerical mutation and other situations will bealarmed. The development trend of every indicator is analyzed, to prevent thetransformer internal fault bursting, causing damage to the equipment, and influencing thepower supply.(2)Designed an online monitoring subsystem on mechanical characteristics of theGIS circuit breaker. Through this system, real-time understanding of circuit breakermechanical properties and insulation properties can be realized. Online data analysis andjudgment can be realized by the sensor technology and information processingtechnology. The early warning of circuit breaker failures, arranging the fault analysis andtreatment, preventing the breaker damage and power grid accident can also be achieved.(3)The design of an online monitoring system on arrester. Through this system, thereal-time understanding of arrester leakage current and arrester action situation can berealized. Grasping the arrester insulation condition, sending warning signal timely,analyzing the trend of historical data, preventing sudden accident can also be achieved.(4)Designed and implemented the overall scheme of on-line monitoring informationmanagement system based on IEC61850protocol. The data processing and analysis ofmany online monitoring systems of different equipments can be realized through an uniform background by using IEC61850protocol. The real-time data query, alarm,monthly report, analysis and other functions can be achieved. The situ monitoring of hostsignal and data transmission are also realize.
