Substation Equipment On-line Insulation Monitoring Device Calibration Method Of Research

Present in the operation of the substation equipment,due to the existence of internal defects,such as manufacturing,aging and external damage caused by insulation defects,it will cause insulation accidents,seriously affecting the normal operation of the power grid.In order to prevent the occurrence of such a major safety accident,the traditional approach is the use of the equipment put into operation,regular power outages for preventive testing and maintenance,in order to detect the internal insulation defects.However,the test condition and the operation state of the power outage preventive test are quite different,so that the insulation condition of the transformer can not be accurately diagnosed.Therefore,it is necessary to carry on the thorough research to the calibration method of the transformer insulation on-line monitoring device.The design purpose of insulation on-line monitoring device calibration system proposed in this paper is to simulate a field application environment in the laboratory,device comprises a high voltage generator,high voltage simulation test,and the dielectric loss test and metal oxide arrester resistance current testing a set of high precision standard testing instrument used to do comparison,by test table.In addition,the system is equipped with a dielectric loss and Zinc Oxide resistive current simulation device,which is used to simulate the dielectric loss and resistive current measurement points in the range of the instrument.The whole device can be used for calibration of capacitive equipment dielectric loss factor and capacitance and resistive current of metal oxide arrester online testing device can also be used to check the transformer core grounding current monitoring device.It provides a complete solution for the calibration of insulation on-line monitoring device.Aiming at a series of problems of substation test measurement error on-line monitoring device of insulation equipment of the design,testing,production,operation and management of technical parameters and testing methods of relevant research.In this paper,a new calibration platform for on-line insulation monitoring of substation equipment is proposed.The verification platform can realize the measurement error test of insulation monitoring device,calibration error insulation on-line monitoring system of the test data,and the results were recorded and analyzed for substation equipment insulation on-line monitoring device of measurement error test and measurement error checking basis and method.
