Planning Strategy Research On Redevelopment Of Industrial Remains Area Under The Background Of Urban Space Reconstruction

China is undergoing a new round of space reconstruction,and the stock of land forconstruction’s updating and restructuring is one of the main ways of space reconstructionin the form of internal optimization and external expansion.As a material carrier of theindustrial age,industrial remains area drew an important one in diachronic development ofthe city.It undoubtedly has a very important significance to discuss that how the spacevector simply supporting industrial economic turns into an adjustment booster of theoverall functional structure,and becomes a district with prosperity economic,abundantvigor and high space quality under the background of urban space reconstruction.First of all,the article pointed out that China’s current redevelopment of industrialremains area emerged such interest chasing,development marginalization and loss ofindustrial characteristics three major problems,based on the evolution of relations betweenindustrial districts and urban space as well as on the development model of industrialremains area.Then the article deeply analyzed the reasons from the function,industrialeconomics,spatial design and industrial remains four aspects.Second,on the basis of analysis of the current issues,the article presented thatindustrial remains area redevelopment should follow three basic principles ascorresponding the overall functional structure,answering the demands of their owndevelopment and continuing urban industrial memory.Combined with the background ofurban space reconstruction,the article proposed to transform targeted ideas in terms offunctional positioning,industry selection,space design and industrial remains fourlevels,paving the way for further research.Finally,on the basis of the foregoing research, the article proposed the four planningstrategies,such as undertaking and integratation of urban functions,industrial economyrevival,space characteristic modeling,the protection and development of industrial remains.And taking Zaozhuang South Industrial Park for example to verify the ideas and strategiespresented papers.
