Research On The Strategy Of The Protection And Redevelopment Of The Old Industrial District

With the development of urban industry,many cities in China have entered the late stage of industrialization.These cities are entering into the transition period of development.The original production functions of central cities have been withdrawing from each other,resulting in a large number of industrial old factories.Compared with the large-scale reuse of industrial old factory area,there are many problems for the planning of industrial old district area.On the one hand,the old industrial area of cities is facing the dual task of protection and reuse.On the other hand,as an industrial land which destroys the ecological environment of the city before,what influences the urban ecology will have on the urban ecological environment under the background of the protection and reuse of the old industrial district area,and how to reform the industrial heritage to make a positive impact on the urban ecological environment.These studies are for the sustainable development of industrial heritage and the urban ecological environment.The improvement has a positive effect.At last,in the context of the overall transformation of the city,how to effectively implant the function and promote the integration of the old industrial district into the new urban structure is also imminent.This paper studies the strategy of the redevelopment of the old industrial old factory area from three aspects of the protection,management and function remolding of the old industrial district.
