With the railway speed-up and the construction of passenger dedicated line, the ElectricMultiple Units (EMU) as a main means of transportation of passenger dedicated line, whichoperation will be increasing, the purchase cost and maintenance cost is higher, the investmentin passenger dedicated line will occupy a larger proportion. Improve the utilization rate ofEMU is an effective way to save investment and reduce cost. The efficiency of EMU,maintenance quality is directly related to the safety of the passenger dedicated line operation.Therefore, the high efficiency and quality of EMU repair work is necessary.EMU depot is the key of our country fast passenger dedicated line construction project.With the continuous innovation of modern management technology, the rapid development ofglobal logistics technology, we need to introduce modern logistics management concept intrain maintenance management, design the workshop and establish a logistics managementsystem. It is important to improve the efficiency and quality of EMU maintenance, the safeoperation of EMU.Firstly, for example the wheel repair workshop, this thesis use SLP method to throughthe analysis of the technological process, operation department, determine the logistics andthe logistics of the relationship between the operation department, to determine the operationdepartment of comprehensive correlation, map operation department layout related, throughfurther correction and adjustment, workshop layout schemes are obtained. To a certain extent,reduce costs and shorten transportation distances, optimize the layout of workshop.Then, this thesis aimed at some problem, as the work area of EMU maintenance is large,more maintenance tasks, the uncertainty material demand of repair station, the variety of partsand the workpiece as well as the problem of higher maintenance schedule requirements, thisthesis put forward to the logistics planning of EMU maintenance, and establish thecorresponding management information system, in order to realize to the logistics informationmanagement of the EMU maintenance process. Establish the logistics relationship betweenmaintenance station, material distribution center and transport vehicles, and data flowbetween the center control subsystem, customer information subsystem and the movingvehicle subsystems. Sharing and monitoring the logistics, information flow of EMUmaintenance to ensure the safety and high quality of the maintenance for EMU.Finally, in this thesis, the requirements analysis, the construction of the framework andthe corresponding technical solution of the center control subsystem, customer informationsubsystem, and moving vehicle subsystem for requirements analysis is designed. Set Accessdatabase as the background database, VB.NET as a development language, the logistics management information system of EMU maintenance is established, some function of thesystem is achieved.
