Northeast Rural Economical Household Washing Facilities Design Research

This paper analyzed the rural market, the northeast region and environment, concluded thepsychology, customs of the rural users, proposed the design principles of person-orientedness,experience design, service design, localization for energy-efficient washing facilities whichare designed for northeast rural market. It also obtained the design methods of washingfacilities with energy saving, the low carbon, environmental protection in the rural market.Due to climate and cultural reasons, farmers in rural areas like the Northeast comfortableliving conditions, according to the consumption patterns can be seen washing facilities needsof residents in the region need to have water saving, wide pressure wide voltage, features asimple and practical, small footprint characteristics. But now the field is still blank, this articleis the actual needs of the Northeast washed users in rural areas as a starting point to begin interms of the local rural folk, consumption habits, living environment, climatic conditions, etc.,and then put forward the "saving regionalization, localization, humane care,"the integrationof design, and as a basis for the design, research design strategy and design solutions in ruralareas northeast user-saving washing facilities targeted.Firstly, research the current design constitution of major domestic and foreign brands ofwashing facilities, it is indicated that the washing equipment for rural market in northeast areaneeds to follow the economical design idea. Based on the in-depth analysis of the ruralecological environment, living habits, consumption patterns, washing behavior and otherfactors, the demands of rural residents in the northeast of the washing are summarized.Secondly, combined with the saving design trend of modern product design, the designprinciples and design methods and the shortcomings of the existing washing facilities designwere discussed, the necessity and feasibility of saving design for washing facilities areelaborated. Secondly, according to the actual situations of the user’s consumer psychology,water environment, climate conditions in the northeastern rural area, the design strategy ofsystematization and modularization for washing facilities is proposed. Combined with thecreate of module of the system and the evaluation criteria of the solutions to washing facilities;it is proved that the design strategy gives the product diversification and flexibility, the designstrategy is also very suitable for washing facilities which caters to the rural users of theNortheast area. Finally, the design input was formed according to the special requirements ofusers in rural areas, design method of localization, modularization and application of ergonomics in the washing facilities were combined, and the design scheme for savingwashing equipment for rural market of northeast area was to draw up.This paper based on the washing facilities design, and study on psychological needs, habits,consumption patterns of users in northeast rural market was carried out through thequestionnaire, observation, in-depth investigation and interview. Fully explore the impact ofthe rural market environment to the design of washing facilities in northeast area, deep miningthe user’s actual demand and purchasing habits, analyze the user’s actual needs andassumption habits. The scheme of washing facilities catered to users in northeast area wasmade, which provides the scientific and rational design strategy of science for the followingdetailed design.
