Study On The Design And Construction Strategy Of Day Care Facilities For The Elderly In Rural Areas Based On The Combination Of Medical Care And Day Care

The present situation of rural aging in China is obviously severe and urban.As a large agricultural population country,the problem of rural old-age support is a major problem to be solved urgently.With the in-depth study of the problem of providing for the aged in rural areas all over China,the rural community pension mode prevailing in day care facilities for the elderly in rural areas has gradually emerged,but the construction and operation situation of different areas is very different.Because of the higher requirement of the national standard for day care facilities for the elderly in cities than in rural areas,it is not suitable for most rural areas in China.There is no suitable reference standard for the construction of day care facilities for the elderly in rural areas.As a result,the construction cost of day care facilities for the elderly in rural areas is wasted or the scale is too limited.Nowadays,the exploration of the model of rural medical care integration has reached a prosperous period.The model has solved some problems of rural old-age care.Shanxi Province has launched pilot work.Suizhou City,Hubei Province,has been fully jointly constructed.There are also many cases of rural medical care integration construction in other areas.Based on the above,this paper carries out a study on the design strategy of day care facilities for the elderly in rural areas by combining medical care with medical care.Firstly,it explores the standardized architectural design of day care facilities for the elderly in rural areas.On the basis of defining the architectural connotation of the day care facilities for the elderly in rural areas with the combination of medical care and control,this paper summarizes and analyses the situation of the elderly in some villages through on-the-spot investigation on the construction of nearly 30 rural medical facilities and day care facilities for the elderly in Shanxi,Hubei and Beijing,etc.The present situation of providing for the aged and the difference between the rural elderly and the urban elderly are analyzed,and the existing problems of day care facilities for the rural elderly are summarized.Finally,through quantitative data,we can get the standard scale and standard plane of different scale villages,which can provide some reference for the establishment of related construction standards of rural old-age facilities.Secondly,on this basis,it explores the model research and standardized design of day care facilities for the elderly in rural areas.Through investigation and understanding of the problems existing in the design of day care facilities f or the elderly in rural areas,combined with questionnaires and in-depth interviews,this paper puts forward the construction of the old-age pension model of rural medical-care integration,and discusses its advantages and core issues,so as to explore the design strategies for the integration of medical care.The construction and development of day care facilities for rural elderly provide certain design guidance.Finally,based on the above discussion of rural residential pension medical care combined with daytime care facilities for the elderly in rural areas,enriched the research results of the localization design of rural pension buildings in China.
