Space grid plate is made of a space form in accordance with the applicationrequirements and design specifications of the structure obtained, which is inaccordance with the space bar form nodes rules to make the lever on the compositionof the network nodes together. China’s coal production increased significantly inrecent years, as well as to meet the actual needs of the plant, and many plants are builtnationwide this form of coal storage shed. Space in the form of a grid structure,mechanical properties in practical applications performed well, but also has modernmechanized quick assembly performance. In economic terms, the construction periodis shorter, which fully reflects the excellent performance of large-span spatial latticestructure. It has been widely used in the coal storage shed, exhibition halls, railwaystations and other buildings. In this paper, by analyzing the actual project to study thestatic characteristics and dynamic characteristics and construction programs. Themain contents are:(l) ANSYS to build three-dimensional model of a specific space grid structure inthe form of coal storage shed by the finite element analysis software. The actualloading conditions suffered by, the use of load combination analysis method todetermine the structure of the study the most unfavorable combination ofcircumstances, and then analyze its force after deformation characteristics andmechanical properties on this basis.(2) The actual model through static analysis to establish the actual amount ofsteel lightest engineering analysis functions, specifically in the grid of the rod size,strength, stiffness and stability as well as the overall thickness of the boundaryconditions set numerical depth analysis to achieve the optimization of the overalldesign of the structure.(3) Spatial grid structure with traditional simple steel compared with static loadsunder mechanical analysis cumbersome and complex, dynamic loads such as the roleof sport in the form of seismic waves under the changing characteristics, whichresulted in the actual calculation difficult problem. But with the large-scale numericalcomputing, geometric analysis applications, particularly continuous improvement andthe development of corresponding software functions, making the application of finiteelement analysis in terms of long-span space truss gradual improvement.Based on the practical requirements of a particular coal storage shed for the foundation, through the establishment of its functionality to meet thethree-dimensional model, using finite element analysis software ANSYS, its loadnumerical analysis, spatial grid structure of static and dynamic analysis of the datafrom which the software automatically screening, all the bars of the grid themaximum stress, maximum deflection. By simulating seismic wave analysis, applyinga variety of modes of the structure, to find the most unfavorable structural vibrationmode, and then by the time history response analysis method, draw power structure ofa specific node under the most unfavorable response modes, and by analyzing theresults dynamics of key points, provide the basis for further design and optimization.
