Along with the increase of the rapid development of automobile industry as well as thePrivate Automobile Holdings, automotive energy consumption and the environmentalpollution get more and more attention. The relevant laws and regulations are more and morestricter in the countries all over the world. Vehicle thermal management system can help toreduce fuel consumption and repair cost, and guarantee the reliable operation of vehicle inthree ways including energy saving, more reliable operation, prolonging the service life of theengine and accessories. In view of the trend of thermal management system development atpresent, from the view of effective design and practicability, the components of the systemstructure and the layout structure optimization is the key to improve the vehicle thermalmanagement system. The use of electronic cooling components to achieve reasonableintegration precision cooling and split cooling can meet the performance requirements for thegradually increased thermal management system to the maximum extent, and its applicationprospects is broad. However, to be intelligent, modularized and integrated are the futuredevelopment goals of the thermal management system. The appearance of the new thermalmanagement materials will accelerate the modularization and integration process of thethermal management system.In this paper, through the analysis of the traditional industrial control scheme used by thePC+RS232+device mode, points out that this scheme has the disadvantage of poor mobility,difficult installation equipment, and low transmission rate. The new designed solution usingAndroid tablet computer or mobile phone Android system instead of the PC machine, andusing Bluetooth instead of RS232.The thermal management system using C8051F500Microcontroller as the corecontroller to design the hardware structure, the cooling fan drive and data acquisition andtransmission based on Bluetooth process. In order to monitor the process parameters of thethermal management system, using Android tablet computer system as a computer system,and using Bluetooth module to realize the functions of system commanding, data backing andparameter setting.It can achieve6fan automatic and manual adjustment of the two kinds ofcontrol mode. Through the feedback of the car engine cooler’s and intercooler’s temperaturemeasurement it can control6fan speed, and achieve the best control of the engine systemunder thermal conditions. Experimental Results show that this scheme can achieve a smoothupgrade on the basis of original equipment, which is suitable for industrial controlling.Finally, the operation and function of system was elaborated in detail. To get a number ofexperimental data, the arbitrary fan performance test experiment was carried out under theimpassability bias voltage measurement of rotating speed all the way. The tachogram was drawn under the bias voltage control brushless fan speed figure according to the data obtained.This scheme can control the paranoid voltage and it makes the car engine work in the besttemperature range.
