Decoration component project as a very important part of the real estatedevelopment projects, with the rapid development of China’s real estate industry inrecent years, industry output value constantly breakthrough new highs. However,with the rapid growth of the decoration industry, the industry is also continuouslyemerging, the number of small and medium-sized enterprises, the industrycompetition pressure, in order to enhance enterprise competitiveness, unfair behaviorsuch as low price bidding, jerry, the main reason is the industry’s cost managementmode is not as well as industry development, improve considerably. This articlemainly aims at adornment is decorated the most important influence factors in thecost, construction cost control for research.The author based on the theory of lean construction and project managementknowledge system combed the impact of the cost of the specific management modeand elements, and to analyze its possible application in decoration engineering, as asuggestion to management analysis of selected variables, the main basis, the authorcollects project intends to various core department (supplies department, ministry ofcommerce, the production department) statistical data, by statistical regression modeltest factors influencing the cost of decoration project, and according to the modeldiscuss the significant influence factors and its management of the meaning behind it.This article will cost factors divided into two parts, labor, production andmaterial loss are discussed. In terms of two parts, in this paper, according to the mainmaterial (ceramic tile) and auxiliary materials (gypsum board, big core board) twoparts, respectively, to identify the influence factors of production efficiency andattrition rate. Constructed the theoretical model of affect production efficiency and theattrition rate, use the project actual data for validation. Analysis results show that theconstruction area, the floor, project managers, staff quality, workers’ constructionexperience factors such as the production efficiency of engineering and attrition ratehave significant correlation. In this paper, and then discussing the meaning ofmanagement of these factors, put forward the possible improvement direction, andfurther improve the main resistance may face, as reference for follow-up study.This study based on the theory, through the study of the modeling of industrydata, the author on the question of the cost of constructions in decoration industry the influence factors of the analysis and research, try to give a suitable for decorationindustry construction enterprise project management direction and goal, through theuse of influence factor model to further reduce the construction cost effectively, theenhancement enterprise’s core competitiveness.
