With the development of automobile industry, a huge demands for heat exchangerwhich as automotive air conditioning products. Because of micro-channel heat exchangershave high energy conversion rate, compact structure and low cost advantages compared withconventional heat exchanger, so the micro-channel heat exchangers we study in this paperare increasingly applied in the field of residential and commercial air conditioning. Theassembly process of Micro-channel heat exchanger core is very important link in coresystem building process. Since some key technologies of the assembling machine’ dischargeunit haven’t been solved, it has seriously restricted the development of the assembly line ofmicro-channel heat exchanger in our country. This article mainly from the structural designand design principle of the discharging unit of the automatic assembling machine, discussesthe feasibility of discharging unit components, the main contents are as follows:The whole scheme is put forward by comparing with the advantages and disadvantagesof the design of the assembling machine of micro-channel heat exchanger core at home andabroad, combining the design principle of efficiency, digital and flexibility, according to themolding process of the heat exchanger core.The structural designs of various components are completed by according to thefunctional requirements of each working procedure. The three action plan to completestraight reciprocating motion pushing plate is put forward by the design requirements ofpushing plate movements of discharging unit, and then eccentric based on sine accelerationregularity of speed without the mutation is selected. The feasibility of solution is analyzedand verified by detailed analysis and calculation based on automatic push material principleof eccentric mechanism.The simulation analysis was carried out on the eccentric which are the key parts of thedischarge unit based on the finite element analysis software ABAQUS, and then check thestrength, stiffness and verify the design safety coefficient. The modal analysis was carriedout on the eccentric, to get the order modes of vibration frequency and direction, to provide reference for design and installation of eccentric wheel. The order modes of vibrationfrequency and direction are got by the modal analysis of the eccentric and are provided fordesign and installation of eccentric wheel. Finite element method is carried out according tomicro-channel tube occur lager deformation under various forces. The rationality of thedesign of discharge mechanism was verified.
