Research On Safety Knowledge Structure And Current Status Of The Personnel In Construction Enterprise

Construction industry has always been attacked by safety accident because of themobility on workers, the complexity of working objects and the changes in workplace.One of the best ways to improve safety situation in construction industry is by improvingthe level of safety knowledge of the personnel in construction industry, because the lack ofsafety knowledge often led to safety accident in construction industry. In order to improvelevel of safety knowledge, it is necessary to start with safety knowledge structure byclearing the relationship between knowledge, determining essential safety knowledge ofeach personnel and establishing a model of safety knowledge structure.Firstly, this paper starts with generalized knowledge by teasing its structure, and thensafety knowledge structure in construction safety management is discussed based on thepectination. Secondly, two models of safety knowledge structure is raised based onrelationship between objects and relationship between subject and object, one is namedsubordinate relationship-based safety knowledge structure, the other is namedcognition-degree-based safety knowledge structure, and then a two-dimensional model ofsafety knowledge structure is established based on the integration of the two structuresabove. Thirdly, we tease safety knowledge structure of specific personnel in constructionenterprise by using the two-dimensional model. At last, safety officers in a practicalconstruction are selected as objects to conduct a survey. The result shows that theknowledge structure of safety officers in site could basically meet the requirements of theconstruction status, and The main factor which influence knowledge structure of safetyofficers is weather safety knowledge can be applied to practice. By the research, a newthought is provided to develop the safety environment of construction.
