Low Traffic Volume Road Technology Research, Standards And Pavement Structure

Rural road is the important makeup of highway in china, and it is one of the most important infrastructures of ensuring social economy development. However, there is rural poor class of highway now, poor road network depth , bad driving terms, more breaking end way, traffic jam and so on, which more and more can't meet rural social development demanding of economy.This paper drew lessons from the current study situation of domestic and international rural highway, combined road network structure, rural highway vehicles , the investigation result of surface structure and material of Handan city in Hebei province, analysed the deficiency of current situation of Handan rural highway, and then carried on research to technical standard and road surface structure of rural highway.This text analysed and drew lessons from the grade standard of some provinces' rural highway, combined the dividing principle of rural class of highway in Hebei, and proposed the division of the rural class of highway in Handan city. Base on the road class of "technical standard of the highway engineering", the paper supply the first class rural highway(class I of countryside), the second rural highway (class II of countryside).In the same time, the text proposed rural line shape index of highway, including road bed width , the minimum turning radius and most heavy slope of rural road.This text contrasted domestic and international highway typical structure situation of low volume traffic, consulted the research results of rural highway typical structure in some province and city, combined the local actual conditions and the division of the traffic volume and soil grade in Handan, utilized optimized design method of road surface structure, recommended the typical structure of road surface of of Handan rural highway. The text carried on research to the highway quality level of low volume traffic, and proposed simple feasible detection method which is convenient and swift to operate, and thus proposed every index standard at the same time.In accordance with the study state of draining off water now to rural highway, this paper proposed suitable rural pumping equipment of highway. To some disease that road bed and surface often appear, maintenance measure and standard was proposed.
