Study On Historical Built-up Areas Common Disaster And Disaster Prevention Strategy

There are thousands of cultural heritage in our country now, which is preciousheritage of our ancestors left. However, there are threat as results of cultural heritagetourism hot overburdened, underfunded or severely damaged, or affected by naturaldisasters and man-made disasters or any other aspects. In recent years, a lot ofimportant ancient buildings, historic districts, etc of China. due to earthquakes, fires,floods, mudslides and other disasters destroyed, causing irreparable damage. Thedisaster situation of our historical and cultural heritage cause very serious concern, thetype of disaster facing increasingly complex, increasingly frequent of frequency,extent of increasingly serious. Therefore, strengthening the resilience of all kinds ofcultural heritage and enhancing its comprehensive security and defense levels, is quiteimportant for the long-term survival of these precious heritage.The present study is a basic research project that based on the National NaturalScience Foundation project research of the historical built-up areas security systembased on the dynamic simulation (No.51178297). This study was approved by suddendisasters in recent years, data collection, collation combined with the distribution ofhistorical built-up areas, features, security risks of the status quo, and then apply themethod of induction systems analysis, classification and sorting, to sum the impact ofdisasters on historical built-up areas, and to analyze the inadequacies the historicalbuilt-up areas facing disaster preparedness, disaster prevention and mitigationstrategies proposed appropriate.Firstly, some basic concept was defined, the characteristics, the distribution andresearch status of historical built-up areas were studied; secondly, the onset status,characteristics and laws of time and space, of man-made and natural disasters weresystematically discussed, comparing to the distribution of historical built-up areas, thepotential suffered disaster situations of historical built-up areas was discussed; thenthe impact situation of different disasters intrusive situation, disaster losses anddamage reasons was systematically discussed，this basis, then types of disaster riskassessment content was discussed; Finally, disaster prevention and mitigationstrategies was proposed.
