Study On The Renewal Strategy Of Historical And Cultural District Of Xi'an Small Wild Goose Pagoda Based On The Volume Transfer System Of Big Rice In Taiwan

By the end of 2016,Chinese area urbanization rate reached 57.35%,in a stage of rapid development of the city continued,but the spatial development pattern has gradually transformed from extensive expansion to the connotation of city promotion,update and optimization has become one of the main demands of the development of the city.The old city is an important material space of city culture,this paper discusses how to realize the search between the protection and renewal of the balance of the rapid development of the city,and put forward a new idea of volume transfer system,at the same time from the Taiwan area in the mature management mechanism and operation method,the equilibrium point is protection of investment and development of income,in order to bring some inspiration for mainland city renewal.This paper takes the protection and renewal of the historical and Cultural District of Xi'an small wild goose pagoda as an example.From the historical heritage,function demands,space organization,multi level understanding of practical problems China,the old city,on the basis of the volume transfer theory,establishes the theoretical basis,the core of the thesis.Secondly,how to solve the contradiction between the protection and renewal of the old city is facing,the author tries to widen the district conservation and renewal of new ideas,from the Taiwan area in the more mature experience,the implementation of the system design and operation mode,transferred the applicability conditions for a series of summary,comprehensive analysis of Taiwan area volume the transfer system,further to evaluate the effect of positive transfer system in Taiwan area,the TDR in the mainland city of updated reference.At the end of the mainland and Taiwan regional adaptability on the basis of the above analysis,combined with the volume,summarize the characteristics of Taiwan Tataocheng area transfer system improvement experience,put forward the technology path of small wild goose pagoda in Xi'an historical and cultural area of TDR,starting from the security mechanism of volume transfer,determine the volume value,volume trading platform architecture establish volume transfer database,development and division of reception area,establish an operation mode of volume transfer.
